Thank you for choosing to recieve services with us.  Please review our policies so you know what to expect when you arrive.

 

Guest Satisfaction

Ritual Salon strives to provide you with the best possible service.  If there are challenges with your service or there are changes you'd like to make, please let us know before leaving the salon.  Although we do not issue refunds, we want to ensure we address any challenges in house.

Late Arrival

We understand that things happen and you may sometimes be a few minutes late for an appointment. If you know you will be arriving late, please call and let us know when to be expecting you.  If you arrive more than ten minutes late to your appointment, it is likely we may not have enough time to complete your service to the level of our standards and will be happy to help you reschedule.  We will always do our best to accomodate you and complete your full service if at all possible.

No Show/Cancellations

A credit card on file is required to book all services. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we may reach out to the guests on our waiting list.  In the instance of a late cancellation, the card on file will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of services booked. Any instance of a "no show" will be charged for the missed service, and may result in you not being able to book services with us in the future.

Children (under the age of 12)

To guarantee their safety and the safety of others, we ask that you please not bring children into the salon unless they are receiving a service.  We strive to create a relaxing environment, as the time spent in our space for many of our guests is their only "me time".  We will be happy to work with you and reschedule if this is not possible.  We very much appreciate your cooperation in this.  Any children receiving a service are required to have a parent or guardian present through the entire service.

Group Bookings

If there are three or more guests in your party we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit of all services being provided.  If services are cancelled within 48 hours of the group booking the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Personal Checks

Any instance of a returned check will be charged a $30 returned check fee.
